Connectivity & Telecom Bill Audit
Find the charges on your telecom bill that should have ended
Telecom bills grow quietly. Sites close, systems change and contracts roll onto month-to-month rates, but the charges keep coming. Send me two recent invoices and I'll send back a list of what looks wrong. There is no fee.
The problem
What usually brings people to this page
Circuits still billing at closed sites
Closed or moved locations often keep billing for lines and circuits until someone cancels them by name.
Old phone lines after a cutover
Legacy lines and analog circuits frequently stay on the bill after a move to cloud phones.
Contracts that rolled to higher rates
When a term ends, many services move to month-to-month pricing that is higher than the contracted rate.
What you get
What the engagement includes
- A line-by-line review of two recent invoices
- A findings list with each questionable charge and why
- Next steps for each finding, including what to cancel or renegotiate
- Optional: a connectivity plan for SD-WAN, SIP trunking or new circuits
- Optional: a side-by-side of network as a service against your current switches, Wi-Fi and support contracts
What do you need from us?
Two recent invoices from each carrier you want reviewed. PDFs are fine.
Will you estimate savings first?
No. I do not estimate savings before I have reviewed the invoices. The findings list shows exactly what I found.
What does it cost?
Nothing. If you later buy new services through me, the provider pays my fee.
