When you book a meeting, our scheduling provider (Microsoft Bookings) collects the details you enter. Our website may collect basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, to help us understand how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, schedule and hold meetings, prepare comparisons and recommendations you ask for, send follow-ups related to our conversations, and run our business. We share relevant details with technology providers only when you ask us to obtain a quote or start a service on your behalf.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, or text us first, we may text you about scheduling, meeting follow-ups and the services we are discussing with you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

We do not sell, rent or share consumer personal information, including phone numbers, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation purposes.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate our business, such as Microsoft 365 for email and scheduling, Zoom for calls and messaging, and a CRM for contact management. They may process your information only to provide services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from email by replying to any message, and from texts by replying STOP.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
